Experience and perceptions of engaging with SEPA: public, communities and stakeholder survey

Closes 28 Sep 2025

Opened 4 Sep 2025

Overview

We appreciate your interest and value your time in taking part in this research. We are seeking your views and experience of contacting and engaging with our services so we can be customer focused, accessible and inclusive to all we engage and work with, and those who need to use our services.  The feedback from this survey will shape how we work with people, communities and organisations across Scotland, including the development of our customer service, accessibility strategy, and Equality Outcomes.

This short survey is your opportunity to tell us:

  • How well SEPA works for you and your community

  • How easy it is to contact us or find the information you need

  • Whether you feel we listen, act fairly, and include everyone

  • What we could do to make it easier for you to engage with us

Your feedback will directly influence how SEPA delivers services to the public, how we support fairness and inclusion, and how we remove barriers that prevent people from getting involved or having their say.

The survey should take around 10–15 minutes to complete.

The survey will be open until 28th September.
