SEPA Flood Risk Management Procurement Framework

Overview

The purpose of this questionnaire is to capture your company’s views on the SEPA Flood Risk Management Framework Agreement (‘FRM Act Framework Agreement‘) for the period 2016 to June 2019.  

As a company that has provided services within the current framework, you are being invited to provide feedback to help us understand how well the framework has worked and where improvements can be made as we prepare our procurement strategy for the future.

The questionnaire will take around 45 minutes to complete and, once completed, should be submitted by 1 November 2019.

Why your views matter

Between 2016 and June 2019 SEPA issued Invitations to Tender for more than 25 contracts through the FRM Act Framework Agreement with an overall value in excess of £1.3 Million. This covered a wide range of services including Hydrological & Hydraulic Modelling, Flood Map Development, Flood Risk Management Appraisals, Land Surveys, Training Course Provision, Flood Risk Assessments and the appointment of Reservoir Panel Engineers, as well as secondments of consultancy staff to support SEPA activities.

At the end of each section you have an opportunity to provide comments on what you think worked well and what did not (with no word limit). We would appreciate if you could supply supporting comments to allow us to fully understand your score.

If you are responding as a sub-contractor we appreciate that not all questions are relevant.  However, completion of this box would be appreciated if you have any comments you wish to make.
