Climate Change Adaptation Measures
Overview
SEPA is seeking information on the guidance you use and measures you are using or planning to consider when you implement climate change adaptation work. We will use the information from the questionnaire as intelligence to decide which sites we need to carry out intervention work on climate change adaptation in the future.
For those companies who have more than one site in Scotland, we will need a completed questionnaire for each site as adapting to climate change is site specific and is geographically unique.
The questionnaire will enable SEPA to understand and review progress with climate change adaptation work over time at COMAH sites in Scotland, and the information is sought under Regulation 5(4).
It is intended as a basis for discussion and inspection planning, and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. There is an open question at the end to capture any additional comments.
To complete this questionnaire, you will need information about the standards and guidance you have used, are using, or intend to use for climate change adaptation. You will also need an overview of your risk assessments.
