We received an application from Petroineos Manufacturing Scotland Limited on 4 July 2022 for a Variation to their permit (PPC/A/1013141/CP02) at Grangemouth Refinery, Grangemouth, FK3 9XH to extend one part of the Derogation relating to Sulphur emissions, originally issued in October 2018.

What happens next

SEPA will consider any comments received during the consultation period between 7 November and 5 December 2022 before issuing the final decision.  If no comments are received, SEPA will issue the final decision no later than 12 December 2022 and issued documents will be published here.
