We received an application from D.A.& E.M Skinner for a permit to operate an installation PPC/A/5005898 at Lazyfold Farm, Duncanstone, Insch, Aberdeenshire, AB52 6YX to rear pigs intensively in an installation with more than 2,000 places for production pigs over 30 kilograms or 750 places for sows.

Your comments will be published to our public register unless you ask us not to, in which case we will publish a note saying that we received a response but have not made it publicly available.

What happens next

SEPA will consider any comments received during the consultation period between 30 November and 28 December 2023 before issuing the final decision.  If no comments are received, SEPA will issue the final decision no later than 4 January 2024 and issued documents will be published here.
