We received an application from PTG Treatments Ltd for a permit to operate an installation at No 2 Dock, Methil Port, Methil, KY8 3RE (PPC/A/SEPA2021-7032) for the process of preserving wood or wood products with chemicals in an installation with a production capacity of more than 75m3 per day.

What happens next

SEPA will consider any comments received during the consultation period between 23 May 2022 and 20 June 2022 before issuing the final decision.  If no comments are received, SEPA will issue the final decision no later than 27 June 2022 and issued documents will be published here.
