Completing the online call for evidence

If your response is too large to include directly in the spreadsheet, please provide a reference to a separate document. All documents submitted must include the Permit number and installation name (where available) in the header.

Throughout the survey the term “waste” is directly interchangeable with non waste feedstock except in BAT 1 and when linked used in association with “waste gas” or “waste water".
