Marine pen fish farming: Charging changes

We estimate the average increase per licence will be £4,100 which represents an average overall increase of 17% in the annual subsistence charges for marine cage fish farm permits. This charge proposed increase would only apply to permits that are subject to an environmental component. Consequently, no charge applies to sites that are not under production.
